Beliggenheten er helt super, midt i hjertet av El Puerto de Santa Maria.

Leilighetene annonseres med tilrettelegging for rullestolbruker. Det stemmer ikke. Leiligheter i øvre etasjer er gode, men bad er ikke tilrettelagt. 1. etajse er uten dagslys, fuktig, sopp på badet og liten. Uegnet for rullestol. Kjøkken mangler varmt vann, kokeplate er ødelagt. Kort oppsummert, ubeboelig. Utleier mangler forståelse for at leiligheten ikke stemmer med produktet som annonseres.
