El apartamento está muy dejado... necesita una reforma de todo, aunque gracias a la señora de la empresa de la limpieza, se nos hizo más llevadero.

La piscina

Aire acondicionado estropeado, tirando el agua por el Split. Falta de mantenimiento y limpieza (nos encontramos un paquete de tabaco del anterior inquilino) Cucarachas Ventanas sin mosquiteras Fianza de 100€ que supuestamente devuelven en 7 días y ya hace 12 y no la han devuelto. Frigorífico mini y sin congelador El WC suelto El grifo del baño te quedas con el en la mano. La ubicación que dan no es la real pues tienen varios apartamentos que gestionan con un solo anuncio (se puede ver en las fotos de las valoraciones como son diferentes)

Piso con cucarachas, no estaba bien limpio, te dicen que tienes que hacer una fianza de 100 euros y cuando la reclamo me dicen que tienen 7 días hábiles han pasado 9 días hábiles y nada no volvería muy decepcionada

La facilidad del aparcamiento en las inmediaciones

Sin aire acondicionado y engañándote cuando te dicen que ya viene el técnico,había un ventilador y ya, muebles podridos por la humedad las cortinas eran retales y sucias , la cocina no la usamos en ningún momento porque daba yuyu, la lavadora sucia , solo usamos el apartamento para ir a dormir en unas camas deplorables , yo decidí usar el sofá, en fin .....lo mínimo es que te cojan el teléfono y ni eso
