"Fantastic view , shame about apartment"

Bathroom ceiling needs repairing we had a water leak plus other toilet had water leak as well . Water pressure for the shower was bad . Mattress in bedroom has stains , not what we expected for our holiday, we have photos of all these areas.

"Bad"

The view off the balcony and close to the beach and restaurants.

Access to the property through a building site, noisy and electric cut off. Kettle was not usable, no hot tub as advertised. Low water pressure on shower.

The view is one of my favourite views in the whole world. The sounds of the boats creaking and clanking at night is beautiful. It’s fabulous experiencing the sights and sounds of the marina shops and restaurants waking up on a morning. The apartment is surrounded by lots of amenities. It’s a comfortable place to stay with everything you need. It’s traditional and has a lot of history attached to it. I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

There isn’t any water pressure, so it takes around 2 hours to fill the bath. You can’t have a shower and if you’re running the bath, you can’t brush your teeth or wash up. BUT…..who cares?! Everything else makes up for it.

"Sunsets and boats"

Valentino and Kata were absolutely brilliant! Very responsive, extremely helpful and approachable. There were some minor issues with the apartment, but nothing I couldn't live with. All in all great value for money and the best location imaginable. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Very close to a small supermarket (more or less underneath the apartment), ice cream shops, restaurants, bars and a small beach. Also, a variety of boat trips just on your doorstep. Great internet connection.

The cockroaches were a bit annoying, but that's to be expected, I suppose. Random stuff and personal items in wardrobes, which I found a bit odd. Entrance door to the apartment needs to be replaced.

Location and sightseeing

No Parking as advertised. Location is good but property now appears outdated. Quite a few issues with appliance and cleanliness. Communication with the owner was good and some issues resolved. Used the property 3 years ago with no issues, but nothing has changed since.
