I had a very disappointing experience with this agency. Shortly before arrival, I was informed that the keys for the apartment had to be collected in a different town at their office. This was already inconvenient, but what made the situation worse was that they also required the keys to be returned to the same office in another town for checkout. I was traveling without a car and relying on buses that run roughly once per hour, so this added significant and unnecessary travel time. One of the reasons I chose this apartment was its proximity to the ski lifts, but this arrangement made the check-in and check-out process much more complicated than expected. Additionally, a €150 deposit was charged to my card without clear prior agreement. I was later told that if I did not personally return the keys to their office, the deposit would not be refunded. This created pressure to comply with a process that had not been transparently communicated in advance. The apartment itself was extremely minimally equipped. There was only a single roll of toilet paper provided, and basic kitchen essentials such as salt were not available. Overall, the level of preparation and hospitality was far below what I would expect from a professional accommodation service. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that future guests carefully clarify the check-in/check-out procedures and what is actually provided in the apartment before booking.
