The location was very good and the apartment was well-equipped with everything you would need for a stay.

Unfortunately the apartment was over-priced compared with every other place we have stayed in Brusson and the surrounding area for the last 20 years (we come at least twice per year). The apartment would be OK for 4 people, but was too small for 5 - once you open the sofa bed in the sitting room, there is no room to move around. Unfortunately you can hear everything from the apartment above when they move chairs etc, as if it was in the same room (at 6:30 every morning that's not ideal on holiday!). The lighting is not nice and could be significantly improved by putting lamps beside the bed in the single room and by the sofa bed. The light above the stove in the kitchen did not work, the extractor fan in the lower bathroom did not work (and there are no windows to open so the extractor fan is very important), and the shower head needs to be replaced because it leaks a lot. I never complain about the places we stay (you can read all my other reviews), but I think it's important to provide constructive criticism so that things can be improved.
