Property was in a fantastic location. Communication with Francesco was superb and he was incredibly helpful. Ideal base for exploring the town - everything within easy walking distance!

Not a con - just a recommendation for improvement - need more towels for guests. Other than that, all perfect!

The host was really kind and helpful and the location is absolute gold considering its Positano. 7-10 minutes from the beach and within the centre is extremely difficult to get at a reasonable prize. Same goes for a place that has a separate living room from the bedroom. The patio terrace was also very nice to have.

It would have been nice to have some pictures of the bedroom, it is actually a pretty nice room but not seeing any pictures of it before booking almost prevented us from booking the place. The smell that some people are complaining about has nothing to do with the cleanliness of the place - it was clean enough. It comes from the drain and the host can't fix the whole canalisation system. But there is an easy fix for it - silicone drain covers are cheap enough. We solved the situation for us by throwing a towel over the shower drain after showering and putting a glass over the one in the kitchen. The smell cleared up within minutes.

Easy to get to, great size, lovely balcony/terrace, bed was nice and comfy and a decent sized shower!

My friend and I just stayed for here for 4 nights and it was the best! Perfect size for two people. Location was great, able to walk to restaurants/shops/ beach all in 10/15 min or less. The view from the balcony is fantastic!! Has some outdoor furniture to enjoy some breakfast and the view. The AC in the room was also great - very cold. Francesco was very responsive and an amazing host. He was easy to reach and responded quickly. He set up taxi drop offs and pick ups for us that really helped. (The street level access also a plus - dont have to walk up a million stairs) He has a store across the street so if we needed him we just walked right in. I dont have one bad thing to say about this place. Definitely book!

Perfect for two person stay.

Amazing location. Beautiful view from the terrace. Shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Everything you need and want to do is right at your finger tips. Host is amazing, very friendly and helpful!

It was a great location about a 10-15 minute walk from the beach, depending on pedestrian traffic. Small grocery store down the street (rather expensive though!) and two central parking garages that many tours and buses leave from close by. Apartment is super cute with a big bed and a sofa big enough to accommodate a 1.8m (6’) tall person sleeping. Kitchen is small and has just enough stuff with which to cook small meals. Shower is hot with good pressure. AC is super cold. Patio is absolutely fantastic and the place has its own private driveway & electric gate, so it’s super safe. Owner has a clothing shop across the street so always nearby — super nice guy!! Would definitely stay here again.

The only two (minor) downsides are the noise and the price. The noise was constant during the day but it actually didn’t bother us at all. You’re in the middle of a fantastically popular resort town so it’s to be expected — it was actually kinda nice tbh. At night it was quiet though, so wasn’t an issue at all but if you want silence during the day, this ain’t your place. Also the cost for the size of the place was a bit high even for the location and the other positives. Positano ain’t cheap in any sense so it’s a small quibble. I stayed closer to the top of the town last year in a bigger place and I’ll take this one over that any day. The thousands of steps definitely get to you after a while. The proximity to the beach, port, and main bus/tour stops is totally worth the higher price if you can afford it. And that patio! Wow what a dream it was!
