"Fantastic first night of our holiday."

The apartment was a perfect location for an overnight stay before our Mediterranean cruise. The apartment is modern, clean and well maintained. Large variety of restaurants directly outside the apartment. Fabio is a fantastic host. Extremely helpful with all requests including transfers to and from airport/ cruise port.

Everything was great! Property was clean and modern with everything you would need and more. The host Fabio could not of been more helpful and really helped make our stay more enjoyable! Suggesting places to eat and providing us with a contact to enable us to arrange transfers which went perfectly! Although we were only staying one night prior to cruise. The experience made us want to arrange a return visit for a longer stay in Civitavecchia !!

The apartment is very comfortable and clean, the owner, Fabio, is very kind, caring and helpful! He gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations all around the city, and even gave us a ride to the port for free! The location of the apartment is convenient, there are restaurants surrounding it and it is a few minute walk from the beach.

There were no proper mugs for tea, not everyone drinks just coffee ;) There was also a wine corkscrew (bottle opener) missing.

Modern, clean, well equipped apartment within walking distance of the port as we were going on a cruise. Fantastic host who went out of his way to ensure we had a good stay. We had no EU adapter and he went to get us one at 9pm. He couldn’t do enough to help. Would highly recommend this property. One of the best properties we have ever stayed in.
