Villa dei Fiori

This was one of our favorite stays of our trip. We appreciated the large amount of space including kitchen, dining table and living room. We only cooked breakfast but we could have cooked much more as the kitchen was fully stocked. There were many little touches that we didn't receive anywhere else - bottles of water, fruit, Prosecco. The location was very convenient (about 10 min walk into downtown Bellagio). The host was very helpful with many recommendations on activities and restaurants. Laundry machine was hugely valuable.

We loved almost everything! The only item would be the beds - which were okay but not the most comfortable of our trip.

We loved everything about the Villa die Fiori! It was a beautiful place to stay while we were in Bellagio. Short walk to town, overlooking the lake, spacious and clean. The villa has a great kitchen with everything you need. 3 sleeping areas with privacy. We had 6 adults in our group and everyone loved it. Luca and Mary were very helpful and provided maps and suggestions about where to go in Bellagio and Lake Como.

I couldn’t take a good picture of the beautiful mountains that we enjoyed from the villa. It is impossible to capture all of the beauty. You have to see it to believe it.

Location and privacy were key. Easy 10 min walk to convenience stores for all you could need. Two different walks into Bellagio - the high flat road or the picturesque with stairs. The apartment was beautifully appointed with everything you may need to dine in. Bedding and bathrooms were perfect. Lounge area spacious and comfortable. Luca and Mary were very helpful when we had a question but unobtrusive. Luca was kind enough to assist with transport. Recommend taxi or transfer by car from Como for ease of arrival.

Nothing - views and location perfect

The villa was outstanding. Very well thought out with excellent facilities. Luca was a great host who has thought of everything. Location was great, away from the crowds but close enough to walk into town. Pescallo village nearby was a lovely spot with a pretty restaurant on the water

Nothing really. Perhaps some better lighting in the upstairs bathroom and a privacy screen for the bedroom.

Everything !! It exceeded our expectations, Luca and Mary are simply amazing hosts. Luca warmly greeted us, explained everything about the villa and the neighberhood,, made us feel like home. The villa is very aesthetically pleasing, the little details show how carefully they were selected, with such great taste.The ground floor consists of a bedroom, washroom, and a beautiful comfy living room with a spacious fully equipped open kitchen, the living room opens onto the a terrace in a serene garden where you can lounge and also enjoy meals outdoors.The first floor consists of a bedroom, a bigger washroom and another bedroom joined to another living room. I personally loved this really spacious loungy bedroom 😍. which opens onto a lovely balcony with breathtaking views of the Lake !! The villa also has a covered private parking. And is surrounded by a charming garden 🦋🥀 It is located in a peaceful neighborhood, only a 5 minute walk away from the beautiful Pescallo beach/ port, and alley, which further leads to the historical old town with all the local handmade shops and hidden gems. Our stay at Villa dei Fiori was simply perfect, We wished we would have stayed longer, but will definitely return hopefully soon 🪷

Nothing at all

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Ville dei Fiori. It is so hard to plan a trip from the US when you are so unfamiliar with the area. This villa will not disappoint, and you can book it with confidence. The villa had breathtaking views, was nicely decorated and was extremely clean. My family is so picky when it comes to hotels and rental properties, and we all agreed that this exceeded our expectations. Luca our host was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. The villa had all the amenities that you could ask for and the snacks provided and washer and dryer was a nice bonus. We loved it!

There is nothing that we didn't like. If I had to give any picky feedback, it would be to add brighter lighting in the upstairs bedroom and bathroom, and possibly add a partition in the upstairs bedroom that is open to the upstairs living space. This is not a problem because there is a downstairs living area as well.

The setting is amazing and the villa is very spacious

The main bedroom is not very private. To use the bathroom they have to walk into the main bedroom

Excellent location! The apartment was very tastefully put together. Luca and Mary are very good hosts and make sure you are well taken care of. Overall a really memorable stay! Well worth it.

The location was perfect for a short walk to Belagio. The property is beautiful with a breathtaking view of Lake Como. All three couples give it a thumbs up. Luca and Mary were excellent hosts and all the amenities made their place very comfortable. We highly recommend their place for your stay at Lake Como and Belagio.

There are three sleeping spaces - two bedrooms and another area off the upstairs living room. A partial privacy screen would be nice for this space.
