7 min from train station, calm neighbordhood, close to bakery, bus stop close. 3 separetes bads, good contact with host. We could have left lagguge before check in.

4th floor without lift, a little bit loud air conditioner

Very clean! Walking distance 10min to City Center.

The location is good - close to the train/bus station. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. It is not noisy even though the train is close by. Lots of space and quite large bathroom (+ for not having a cold marble floor in the bathroom)

The flat is on the highest floor of a 4?/5? floor building with no elevator, so maybe an issue for someone with lots of luggage/limited mobility. Gas water boiler - water temperature fluctuates somewhat in the shower etc.
