Super lokalizacja. W samym centrum. Wszędzie blisko.

Della struttura mi è piaciuto praticamente tutto, la posizione è perfetta, comodissima. L Host è stata gentilissima super disponibile ad esaudire ogni nostra richiesta. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Очень понравилось расположение апартаментов. Рестораны, пиццерии, мини-маркеты — всё под рукой. Большой супермаркет в 10 минутах ходьбы.

Присутствует запах в санузле и немного не хватает чашек, бокалов.

It was really friendly apartments with all what you need for comfort and a carefree pastime. Location is in heart of Cagliari and for us it was a pros. You cannot reach this apartments with car, but it was not a problem and we have parked on central street ( where of course you have to fight for free parking place) :) If it will be possible, next year I will stay hier without searching of other options. Let see.

I would like to say, that sometimes it smelled damp, as the building is quite old and may require more running air for ventilation. This does not apply to the entire room, but to some of its corners. and secondly, one day, when I opened the front door, I saw a large cockroach that tried to escape, but it did not work (God rest his soul). Most likely, again, the old building and the presence of street cafes in the neighborhood are the reason for this...
