There was excellent communication with Barbara, who met us at the property and handed over the keys with detailed check out instructions. She graciously arranged for our cab ride to the airport as there were 2 separate flights involved leaving at separate times. The property was spacious and impeccably appointed with everything we needed, including fresh fruit and snacks. We were provided with a place to store our luggage between checking out and catching our cab to the airport so that we could explore Bologna without being burdened by luggage. The location was perfect, allowing access within a few minutes walking distance to all the historic sights. Barbara also gave us names of great restaurants nearby for authentic Romagnolo cuisine.

Everything was wonderful....we only were there for one night.

The location is excellent for exploring the centre of Bologna on foot, and with the colonnades it doesn't matter if it rains, you can get to lots of good restaurants and stay dry. The apartment is very well presented, with a pleasant, homely feel and comfortable. It is also in a very quiet street. Our host Barbara is an extremely friendly and helpful person and can be easily contacted if there is a problem. Pam & Chris from Australia.

The location was excellent - very central. The apartment was very clean and the linens/towels etc nice. Our host was very welcoming and super helpful with restaurant recommendations and booking us a taxi on departure.
