"Nice property, lovely agrdens and great quiter location."

A very nice apartment with fantastic gardens and lakeside location. Good sized rooms well equiped and tastefully decorated. A nice quiter location compared to Bellagio town centre, with a nice local cafe (nené) and fish restaurant nearby. The walk to Bellagio was around 25 minutes, which was OK once you got used to it (good to keep fit) The air con was quite basic though with portable fans that were noisy. The pool was nice but quite a walk from the building, would be nicer if it was closer.

We had a late flight home on check-out day and asked if we could keep our bags/cases (3) at the property unitil about 3 or 4 but were refused as the host informed us that they had another guest coming. I felt that this was a bit unhelpfull as I'm sure we could have kept them there for a while until the new guest arrived as they would only take up a small amount of space and wouldn't hinder cleaning.

"Lake Como holiday"

The gardens were amazing. Sitting on the lake edge each night having a wine and enjoying the view.

We found transport a little difficult . Would have been better if we had a car. The bus didn't always stop if it was full and you ended up walking to Bellagio.
