Det vi uppskattade var att lägenheten låg i ett trivsamt område. Huset var rymligt och hade generösa ytor. Det fanns allt som behövdes för en bekväm vistelse.

Vi märkte en liten lukt från avloppet i badrummet.

Leider wurde auf unseren Anruf erst eine Stunde später reagiert, als wir ein Problem hatten.

It was spacious, airy ,comfortable with traditional decor

The bedroom door didn’t close properly,equally could have done with a second set of keys .

Purtroppo abbiamo alcune critiche/suggerimenti da evidenziare: lavastoviglie da scaricare, sovraccarica, con diverse stoviglie sporche; poche stoviglie in generale (es. 2 cucchiaini per 4 persone). Alcune mancanze importanti come prodotti per igiene personale, carta da cucina/tovaglioli. Tappetino in bagno con numerose formiche... Considerata la posizione e la bellezza dell'appartamento, si suggerisce in generale una maggior cura nei dettagli e nell'accoglienza dei clienti (es. eviterei il sacchetto welcome-kit con i soli prodotti per la pulizia della cucina)

Space, quiet

Edoardo and Giovanni from ItalianFlat were excellent. Communication with them was very easy and fluid. We had an extended stay (8 weeks) , and they always responded very quickly to our questions or concerns. They quickly found a solution, making us feel very comfortable and heard. Their weekly cleaning service was good and a plus for us. The Casa de Dina apartment is very well equipped for an extended stay. It is very spacious and comfortable. It is also in an outstanding location, with a nice view of the Teatro Romano and Castel San Pietro from the balcony. Via Redentore is a busy street, but the apartment does not face the street, so it is quiet. If we return to Verona, we would look to stay in the same apartment.

Fabulous location on a quiet street but so close to the old city, great shops, restaurants and bars too. Large, quiet flat in a friendly staircase who could want more. The second bedroom with the sofa bed was a bonus as one of us could use it for a quiet space to read! The flat is very close to one of the old bridges into the city and the funicular to the castle so the view of the castle from the small balcony is very special. There was a washing machine and the kitchen had what we needed for simple meals.

If I have to say something I would ask for some more hangers in the wardrobe and a hairdryer...

Location was great, big and very comfortable appartment

The shower needed some maintenance. The water leaked out under the glass door and the rusty rack inside could very easily be replaced. It would'nt stop us from going back though. Overall, the appartment was great.
