Beautiful apartment with everything we needed. The view is magnificent and the hosts great! As the sea was still a bit too cold for us, the hot tub was a particular highlight. :)

I had the pleasure of staying in this fabulous seaside apartment, and I was absolutely delighted! From the impeccable cleanliness and high level of comfort to the warm-hearted owner, every aspect of my stay was simply outstanding. The balcony overlooking the sea was undoubtedly the highlight. Every morning, I was greeted by a breathtaking panoramic view of the turquoise blue water and the endless horizon. The sight of sunsets from there was simply magical, an experience that will stay with me forever. The apartment itself exuded both modern elegance and urban charm. Each room was tastefully decorated, and the attention to detail was unmistakable, making me feel instantly at ease. The owner had clearly invested a lot of time and effort to ensure that her guests could enjoy an exceptional yet cozy retreat. The surroundings were a perfect blend of stunning landscapes and vibrant city atmosphere. The picturesque scenery offered opportunities for walks along the coastline. At the same time, the lively city was just a stone's throw away, meaning I could easily explore local shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions. However, what left the greatest impression on me was the loving and caring nature of the owner. Her hospitality and willingness to make my stay as enjoyable as possible far exceeded my expectations. A truly charming lady! Overall, I can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment. It offers a harmonious blend of elegance, natural beauty, and urban life. I am already looking forward to returning! The flat was really clean and the view was great.

1. Check-in and Check-out Hassles: The process of checking in/out was unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming. The property management seemed ill-prepared to handle these procedures efficiently, resulting in frustrating delays and inconvenience. 2. Deposit Payment : Upon arrival, I was required to make a 100 euros deposit payment, which was intended to be refunded after the property was inspected for any damages. However, the wait time for this verification process was excessive and only added to the overall inconvenience. 3. Misleading Air-Conditioning Description: The property's description mentioned the availability of air-conditioning, but it failed to clearly state that an additional charge of 50 cents per kilowatt would be imposed for its usage. This hidden payment arrangement is both misleading and unfair to guests. 4. Noisy Surroundings: The property's location proved to be highly disruptive due to its proximity to a noisy street, train rails, and the presence of loud birds, particularly seagulls, in the early mornings. 5. Inconvenient Beach Accessibility: Accessing the front beach from the property proved to be quite challenging and unpleasant. We were required to endure a long, unpleasant walk, and upon arrival, the presence of coral reefs and stones hindered our ability to swim comfortably. It was necessary to seek alternative sandy beaches within the city. 6. Insects and Lack of Ventilation: Choosing to forgo the use of air-conditioning at night and opting for open windows resulted in an influx of insects and pests. This issue significantly impacted the quality of sleep and made the overall stay uncomfortable. 7. Imposition of House Rules: To our surprise, the property provided an extensive file of their own house rules, which contained additional restrictions and guidelines not disclosed during the booking process. 8. Payment in Cash: As they mentioned in the description they collect the money online but they required it in cash.
