Cozy room, ability to store ski equipment in heated lockers in the basement. The place was rather isolated from Livigno town, but there were restaurants which we were able to reach by foot. Also, there was a shuttle which drives by the chalet each morning which can take you to any ski lift. But if you're up for a small hike it is possible to go on foot to Trepalle ski lift along hill side whch is about 1km long and you can come back from Yepi lift down the hill or even ski down (But be cautious the snow was very deep)

We were annoyed by the dragging sounds wooden chairs in the rooms which you could hear from every apartment. Don't get me wrong the chairs are nice and comfortable, but maybe some softeners on the bottom of the legs would solve this issue.

Good price and a clean room and a quiet place. Nice plates and glasses for wine. You can control your heating and that is very comfortable in the evenings when you come back from skiing and want to be warm. Good kettle.

The Internet was not working on Nintendo Switch but was working on other devices. Nothing around. You must have to have a car. Lifts are just 2 min. away by car but to walk 30 min. Bus go very rarely.

Spacey, comfortable, clean, very nice was to be able to adjust room temperature (heating was not turned off during the night as we know is common in Livigno). With car it takes less than 5 min to Passo Eira Chairlift. A very pleasant surprise was a gift of 3 small jars of delicious jams and carneval cookies :-) Good value for money given high season rates.

Selection of plates and cups limited - coffee cups were small for a decent sized coffee or tea. From the website, we expected to be able to walk to the Passo Eira chairlift, but the stated 500 meters is air distance up a hill over snow. To walk on the road is many times the distance.

Not stable electricity. The whole house was out of it in our first night, we informed the reception at the very moment around 11 p.m., they promised that the owner comes to fix it that night. Unfortunately, he didn't come until 9 in the morning - the apartment was cold by that time, no light to visit the bathroom at night or in the dark morning, no electricity to boil the kettle and to have breakfast, no internet. The smell from nearby apartments: every time our neighbors went to the bathroom, they put the ventilation on, which was the same ventilation pipe as our kitchenette's. So we had to smell it... The pillows are too hard. There is no wash-up liquid in the apartment, if you come for a couple of days and wish to keep your dish clean, you have to buy the whole bottle in the local shop, use 1/10 of it and... The barking dogs every morning and evening, there are 5 of them, and the person who cleaned the place from the snow took them all every time with him. One of the dogs one evening attacked me, thanks got they were ski trousers - but they are ruined now.
