La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima soprattutto per chi prenota per necessità ospedaliere. In ogni caso comunque si trova in posizione centrale e ben servita.

Abbiamo alloggiato presso l'appartamento Le Rose nei giorni dal 10 al 14 gennaio. Purtroppo abbiamo trovato l'appartamento molto freddo. Si stava in casa praticamente con i cappotti o sotto il piumone. Da parte dell'oste non c'è stata molta disponibilità, poiché anche dopo aver fatto presente il problema non ha risolto. Ci ha fornito una sola coperta in più. Abbiamo chiesto di poter lasciare l'appartamento un'ora dopo il previsto, per evitare di passare quel tempo fuori al freddo aspettando che l'ospedale dimettesse mia moglie, che in quei giorni era ricoverata, ma l'oste ha rifiutato anche questa richiesta.
