A dir poco fantastico! Giovanni il proprietario della struttura un gran gentiluomo,sapendo del mio compleanno, all'arrivo in struttura ci ha omaggiato di un bellissimo aperitivo ricco e saporito, una bottiglia di vino e addirittura una squisita torta di compleanno per me con addirittura scritto Buon compleanno ed il mio nome, in più la domenica ci ha regalato un vassoio di dolcetti, un proprietario fantastico! Per non parlare della struttura: pulitissima, all'arrivo tutto climatizzato, e c'è tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno! La vista sullo stretto di Messina e sulla Sicilia mentre sei in idromassaggio! Non ho parole, mai stati trattati così bene in vita nostra, sicuramente torneremo e lo consiglieremo a tutti, a presto! 😇

Non è una critica ma un consiglio: in camera da letto sarebbe meglio aggiungere una tenda oscurante al pannello che affaccia verso la luce del sole, perché per chi ama il buio come noi e riposare bene, è indispensabile altrimenti alle prime luci dell'alba ci si sveglia per forza

Wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie, kuchnia wyposażona we wszystkie sprzęty naczynia i potrzebne gadżety, łazeinka we wszystkie środki czystosci i pielęgnacji, klima idealnie spełniała zadanie , jacuzzi z widokiem na morze cudo, lokalizacja blisko kolei, samolotu i autobusu, sklepy na wyciągnięcie ręki i gospodarz witający zimnym winem i robiący słodkie niespodzianki na śniadanie

A Hidden Gem with Unforgettable Views and Hospitality ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at this holiday apartment was nothing short of magical. The view from the property was absolutely breathtaking — one of the most magnificent we've ever seen — and the sense of privacy made it feel like our own little slice of paradise. We spent countless hours relaxing on the incredibly comfortable sun lounges, soaking in the beauty around us. The real highlight was enjoying the spa under the moonlight — such a dreamy and serene experience that we’ll never forget. The apartment was not only well-equipped but also had a warm and inviting vibe that made us feel right at home. Our host, Gianni, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He provided us with fantastic local tips and information, helped us get the most out of our time in the area, and even drove us to the ferry on our last day. To top it all off, he delivered a delicious breakfast — such a kind and personal touch. We also fell in love with the authentic, slightly grungy charm of Reggio. It was refreshingly free of tourists, and we truly appreciated paying fair, local prices without any of the usual tourist markups. It felt real and grounded, which made our experience all the more special. This stay has been the highlight of our entire trip, and we’re already planning to return next year. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a genuine, peaceful, and memorable escape.

Great place with an amazing view! The apartment is very nicely decorated, it is very well equipped, both with the necessary equipment for cooking and beach. The spacious terrace provides a spectacular view of the Strait of Messina and Etna. The host takes care of the guests in every way! Thank you Gianni, we will definitely come back!

I loved the view and the terrace!!

The terrace and views from this apartment are amazing. Everything you need in a kitchen is supplied as well making it super easy to cook for yourself as we did occasionally. Is also across street from supermarket. The location, while not central to downtown, is still easy to get to other locations in city and nearby such as Scilla, Tropea or Pizzo. Giovanni was an excellent host as well, making sure to give us lots of recommendations for day trips and restaurants and was there for shutting we needed.

Fantastic view; great kitchen; all you need was available including a very welcoming (but not too welcoming) host who is very helpful, friendly and helps out with recommendations for going out or day trips.

the view of Sicily was stunning. the apartment was beautiful and very modern. the host was very friendly and had lots of recommendations and helped us get to and from the airport easily

We stayed here for 2 wonderful weeks in August. The apartment is amazing, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The view is even better than the photos, and we enjoyed it every day. The real bonus treasure here is the owner Giovanni and his family. They were so warm and welcoming, we so enjoyed getting to know them. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommended!

Great balcony area to lie out on during the day and a hot tub to relax in at night. Giovanni is the best host I’ve experienced in any place I’ve stayed in the world and goes above and beyond to help with advice and making sure you are comfortable.
