Abbiamo scelto l'appartamento al terzo piano per la terrazza e ne è valsa davvero la pena! Appartamento dotato di tutti i confort, ben arredato e pulito.

L'appartamento è in centro e si fa un po fatica a parcheggiare in alta stagione.

It was close to everything. Food market right on the corner and tons of restaurants and boutiques. Pharmacy is a block away (3 minute walk). Beach is a short 10 minute walk. Love the area.

Not enough dresser space for a family of 5. Only one dresser and a ladder style rack to hang some clothing. Parking was extremely difficult. With 3 young children who most nights would fall asleep while looking for a spot we had to wake them up to walk half asleep or carry them up the flight of stairs after midnight. Most nights even at 2am we still would have to look for a spot but it gets easier the later it gets. Get ready to waste 30-60 minutes to look for a spot. If you plan to park and stay in town that is not an issue. Parking is 20 euro for the month. It’s still a great location and apartment but something to consider when booking.

What a lovely accommodation! Definitely a 5 Stars rating for me. We were welcomed by lovely young lady Giusy who gave us the keys and clearly explained everything about the apartment. The apartment was just perfect. Clean tidy with everything we could possibly need. The terrazza was just a perfect oasis to relax and watch the beautiful Castellamare del Golfo sea. Our host Giovanni was very kind and helpful. It was easy to contact him for anything and he answered texts and calls promptly. Very impressed with the way we were welcomed and looked after. Thank you Giovanni. 😊 The location was just a step away from the heart of Castellamare. Where it was easy to find good restaurants and delicious gelati. The apartment was so comfortable that it was actually a pleasure coming back to it after a long day by the sea .. enter it felt like being "home" I recommend 100% Le Perle del Golfo for a nice relaxing holiday in this beautiful seaside Sicilian town. Fresh & clean. Lovely terrace. Good space. Really liked it. Great location

It was on third floor with lots of stairs which was fine for us but if you have mobility issues I’d stay somewhere else.

Local to little town road with gorgeous views and overall was very nice & cute apartment

Aircon wasn’t working & the maintenance guy was unable to come out for another 2 days which was inconvenient considering the heat. Bed was like sleeping on a rock - maybe a new mattress will do ! :). Shower water smelt like chlorine & water pressure was non existent. Annoying that when you left the building you were unable to keep a light or aircon on during the day/night due to keys being welded together and needing access back into buildings if out.

Flat was lovely and very clean and comfortable. Everything we hoped for! Nice terrace upstairs for a nightcap. Really liked the town. Great strolls in evening. Enjoyed the local life and exploring zingaro reserve, segesta, st vito da capo. We used the garage which was extremely useful. I think parking would have been difficult without. Owner v helpful. H 80 fame fish was fabulous. Great stay!

The local lads and lasses did do a bit of racing around the town quite late in the evening on their purple meany bikes. Lot of noise and fumes. But they did stop before midnight. Some might find the stairs challenging as flat up a couple of steepish flights.
