Cortina-House

The property was very comfortable, in a lovely peaceful location. Very well equipped with everything you need for self catering. We really enjoyed staying there and it was a great base for exploring the area. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again if holidaying in Cortina area.

Can’t fault it at all.

The checkin is easy. Did not meet the owner. kitchen and bathroom are new, the rest is a bit old. I was able to walk for both gondola and cable car from the appartment. Great view from balcony especially in the morning.

Small recommendations - to turn down a bit the water temperature in the kitchen(managed to crack a water jug due to it) - for the oven a plate or something that is heat resistant (i did not saw one)

The area was absolutely breathtaking- picturesque from both balconies. Space had everything we needed and we really appreciated the washing machine and stocked kitchen. Hostess was available and she helped us immediately when we locked ourselves out (she used remote door unlocking). Would love to come back.

Wet cleaning rags/mops were left in washer. Recycling bins were not clear

You're a 10 minute walk away from the centre and the 2 balconies offer a great view that we really enjoyed.

In preparation of the Olympics there are a lot of constructions in the area which is a pity in general and even more so in an old building. Some basics were missing: no coffee machine, hot water capacity for only a 5 minute shower, poor mattress quality to mention a few. For this money I expect things to be right so we can't really recommend this apartment.
