ITIo viaggio parecchio, per lavoro e con la famiglia e spesso mi appoggio ad appartamenti in affitto. Una ospitalità come questa non l'ho mai trovata. Gestore e proprietari accoglienti e gentilissimi, in appartamento abbiamo trovato TUTTO, più che se fossimo in hotel (cose di buona qualità confezionate per la colazione, yogurt in frigo, addirittura frutta fresca, necessario per il bagno ecc). Il parcheggio dentro la struttura, per cui perfetto per carico e scarico bagagli. C'è un piccolo giardino dove i bambini hanno potuto giocare e, a proposito di giochi/intrattenimenti, in appartamento ci sono anche alcuni giochi di società e diversi libri. C'è a disposizione un barbecue e un tavolo esterno dove si può mangiare sia a pranzo (c'è pergotenda) che a cena (ci sono le luci).
In realtà va tutto benissimo. Il pelo nell'uovo è che, essendo in 5, abbiamo usato il divano-letto per cui tenendolo aperto in sala non c'è moltissimo spazio, ma nulla che abbia limitato i nostri movimenti.

Ich habe in einem wunderschönen Haus in Rapallo übernachtet - sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was ein Gast braucht. Die Möbel sind bequem, die Einrichtung ist stilvoll, und die Lage ist perfekt - nah am Meer, Restaurants und Geschäften. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen und kann diesen Ort nur empfehlen. I stayed in a wonderful house in Rapallo - very clean and equipped with everything a guest might need. The furniture was comfortable, the décor stylish, and the location perfect, close to the sea, restaurants, and shops. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely return and highly recommend this place.

ITCookies, coffee, and even a watermelon all included. Very appreciated! Electric recharge station nearby! Also easy access to and from the highway. Bus also near enough. Patio is nice. Owner was reasonably flexible on timing when asked.
Close to the highway (noise), far from the beach. Early check-out limit.
