Malheureusement la météo
ITLa cosa che ci è piaciuta di più è la posizione; ideale per rilassarsi
ITLa posizione, immerso nel verde con un bel giardino attrezzato. A 13 minuti di auto da Poggibonsi che ha una comoda stazione per le principali città toscane. Appartamento Ginestra accogliente, letti molto comodi anche se corti per mio marito alto 2 MT (materasso lungo 180 cm). Simpatico il cane Ugo ed anche Stefano e la moglie che ci hanno accolto con calore. Purtroppo la piscina era chiusa, nonostante le temperature fuori stagione (25° circa) probabilmente perché non si aspettavano tanto caldo.
Non trovo "carino" fare pagare a parte le utenze perché non ti rendi conto di quanto pagherai tra riscaldamento ed acqua calda... Ad ogni modo è una mia opinione, ma è la prima volta che ci capita di avere questi costi a parte. Inoltre, vai in fiducia perché è poco educato entrare a casa della proprietaria per controllare l'effettivo consumo in metri cubi... Avendo speso per 3 notti € 630,00 (capisco il periodo pasquale) credo comunque che nessuno si aspetti di dover aggiungere altre spese. Un po' buio l'appartamento ginestra (nostro) ed anche il quercia per l'esposizione e posizione meglio il leccio e cipresso. Però il giardino e l'esterno è più confortevole quello dell'appartamento ginestra.

AUThe property was absolutely beautiful — surrounded by peaceful Tuscan countryside and picture-perfect views. The pool area was fantastic and very well maintained. The apartment itself was cozy and comfortable, with a lovely rustic charm that really suited the setting. The host was very kind and welcoming, and the spacious yard was perfect for our kids to run around and play.
The apartment was a little dated, but honestly, it added to the authentic charm of the place. The location can be a bit tricky to reach at first, but once you’re there, it’s close enough to nearby shops and towns in the Chianti region.
