Location.

The key system does not work very well. There were 4 keys which were not labled so it was difficult to know which one fitted which lock.

"Beautiful apartment"

Great little apartment, has everything you need &. A lovely view from the window.

There are a lot of steps to reach the apartment, wasn’t an issue for us but may be for anyone with limited mobility.

Location is good in the city.

The apartment was old and basic. OK for a overnight but anything longer would be difficult. We had no hot water in the morning so only cold showers. Lots of stairs to climb as well.

"Lucca è bellissima e offre molti spunti per un soggiorno di cultura"

Bellissimo appartamentino dotato di ogni cosa possa servire per un soggiorno in piena autonomia. La vista sui tetti di Lucca è suggestiva e le ampie vetrate permettono di godere quasi a 360° il panorama circostante.

Le vetrate fanno passare aria fredda in inverno e disperdono calore. Indubbiamente sarebbero utili delle guarnizioni alle finestre.
