Casa molto fredda nonostante i termosifoni accesi, scarso isolamento acustico degli infissi. Non c'era nulla nel frigo, neppure una bottiglia di acqua. Solo 2 fette biscottate per 5 persone e 2 capsule per il caffè per 5. Solo 2 dosi monouso si bagnoschiuma per 5.

The apartment is well located, and the hosts are very welcoming — they even store your luggage while you explore the city on your last day before departure. Pros: great location; attentive hosts; well-equipped kitchen; decent-sized space.

Cons: the double bed is terrible — the mattress is full of dips and very thin, and we came back with back pain; the indoor temperature is pre-set and stays basically the same all day, which is inconvenient for me since I prefer it cooler at night and warmer during the day, and it also makes the bathroom colder than the bedroom; the sound insulation is awful — we could hear every conversation from the street, and the building’s front door slams very loudly; finally, the internet connection was poor — my wife and I work remotely, and our meetings kept disconnecting every few minutes. The property refuses to issue any receipt for the stay, even after multiple requests.

Appartamento che si distingue per la sua pulizia certosina. Spazioso e accogliente, con diversi letti per soggiornare anche in 4/5 persone. Posizione molto tranquilla, vicino la stazione Brignole di Genova (circa 5 minuti a piedi). Dotato di ogni comfort (condizionatore, lavatrice, cucina, doppia tv e amplia libreria).

Camere letti bagno la casa in generale accogliente e ottima

Bien situado, apartamento muy cómodo y limpio. Te pilla todo muy cerca, estación de tren, tiendas, restaurante, etc. Si vuelvo otra vez repetiría.. Ha sido muy agradable la estancia.

El internet no llegaba bien.

Gute Verbindung, Zentrum nah, sauber und schnelle und nette Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer.

Die Einzel Betten und Hochbett waren zur hart.

Sehr schönes, sauberes und außergewöhnliches Apartment. Es ist sehr zentral gelegen mit vielen Restaurants in der Nähe.
