Terrasse magnifique

Lit peu confortable et un peu bruyant

Very close to the main shops, only a quick walk away from everything. Balcony and terrace was amazing.

Bed was slightly sqeaky

I chose this room because of the terrace..... But it turned out that the photo of the terrace is very tricky - it is shown as if it is located high up and there is space around it. In fact - the terrace is located on the 2nd floor right above a very noisy road on one side, on the other side - a gas station, on the third side - next big terrace with tables for a large number of people, and on the 4th side, behind (directly overhanging the terrace) at a distance of 5 meters is a multi-storey building, the windows of which face this unfortunate terrace...... As a result - no comfort and tranquility, smells of gasoline, very noisy from passing cars, neighbors from below (from the 1st floor) have a habit at 4 am to start swearing, throw bottles on the floor and move furniture..... In general, everything in this apartments was terrible! And as an appetizer- the hostess on the last day before my departure wrote message that I should leave 26 euros for 4 days of stay - “city tax”. Unbelievable arrogance.. I wouldn't want to left even 1 euro for this barn. Summary: Run away from this facility as far away as possible! otherwise you will regret.

Pas grand chose sauf la proximité avec le centre ville et la terrasse sur le toit

L emplacement, en bordure d une rue très bryante et empruntée par les scooters et voitures à toute heure du jour comme de nuit...déco rustique...

La terrazza è il punto di forza della casa, anche se la scala a chiocciola di ferro non è agevolissima. La vista è magnifica e dopo le 17 c'è ombra. La casa non è grande, ma è sistemata bene e i colori scelti danno serenità. Ampie finestre, stanza luminosa. Aria condizionata a disposizione.

Il bagno avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Non c'era alcun bene di prima necessità. Neanche una bottiglia d'acqua in frigorifero. Troppi soprammobili. Le scale per arrivare alla casa erano piene di sporcizia, ma credo sia una responsabilità condominiale.

La terrasse est un vrai plus !

La Clim était un peu défaillante…
