MOMA'S HOUSE

Very close to the old town, the apartment is well equipped: kitchen, AC, washing machine. There was a temporary water supply outage due to a broken pipe in the area; the owner reacted immediately by providing water tanks. There is a small yard inside, which is ideally for drying the clothes.

There is a lack of pravicy between the salon and room, cus you have to always pass the room to go to toilet and kitchen if you sleep on the cough in Salon. The appt is just besides the road, it could also by a little bit of noisy for whom sleeps in the salon.

Nuestra estancia en Moma's House fue excelente. El apartamento es nuevo, está muy limpio y tiene todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. La cama es cómoda y la cocina está bien equipada. La ubicación es buena, a tan solo 10-15 minutos del centro. Además de todo esto, Sebastiana y el resto del equipo de Moma's House son muy atentos, y gracias a sus recomendaciones y consejos pudimos disfrutar aún más de nuestras vacaciones. En conclusión, 100 % recomendable.

La casa è molto spaziosa, ben organizzata e dotata di tutti i comfort. Anche meglio di quanto ci aspettassimo. Sebastiana è un'host attenta, super-presente, non ci ha fatto mancare nulla e con i suoi preziosi consigli ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più bello. Grazie Moma's!!

Clean and tidy apartment on the first floor, entrance directly from the street. The premises have everything you need of good quality. It is easy to find a parking space near the entrance. Great location - all major attractions within a 15 minute walk. The area of the city is not problematic, calm, safe.

The bedding is very strongly scented, it is better not to do this. The first room has no ventilation, which is why I had to open the front door a little. However, you can adapt to this. The folding sofa is a bit uncomfortable, we slept on the floor))) But in general, everything is positive.

The owner is a real lady.. Even though she doesn't speak English, she came with a girl who translated what we talked about..We found water and ice tea in the fridge, cookies and coffee, all for free. You have all you need in the apartment, I would say more than you need. Even a bulb light with Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom and a food bowl for animals. Excellent!

Nothing to complain about.

The owner was a very kind person, prepared everything for us including snacks for kids and coffee for us. The apt is nice, 15 min walk to the ortigia island and very close to other important points of the city.

All is fine.

Everything! It’s a spacious main floor apartment with everything you need to be super comfortable. Very clean, well equipped kitchen including washing machine. The host supplied coffee, water, juice and treats. About 15 min walk to Ortigia. Grocery store close and lots of free parking. Stefania was great!

We liked everything.

One of our top 3 places out of 17 placeses we stayed at during our 4 week family trip here in Italy. This place was really nice. Helpful and kind host. The place is small, functional and had everything you need. Very clean rooms and a nice bathroom. The bed was comfortable. There is also a sofabed. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a washing machine. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to the old part of the city. You have the grocies and resturants very close. Great location. When rushing out on checkout day my wife managed to tear her dress. We even found a sowing kit in the closet and the staff were kind to let her sow her dress though we didn't keep our checkout deadline.
