Nous avons tout aimé. L’appartement situé dans un magnifique palais est tout simplement sublime, un rêve hors du temps. L’appartement est meublé avec un gout exquis . Il est remarquablement situé a deux pas du palais ducal. Nous avions l’impression d’être dans le film le Guépard de Visconti.

Palais authentique donnant sur la plus belle place d Urbino L appartement a ete réove avec gout tout en gardant son authenticite. Parfait pour ceux qui ont un jour reve de sejourner dans un palais italien et d admirer les oeuvres de Rafaelo de son canape.

Esattamente come da descrizione. Posizione unica di fronte al Rettorato dell’Università, a pochi metri dal Palazzo ducale, nel cuore del centro storico. Anche se la zona è ztl il problema si aggira perché dalle 18 è sempre possibile entrare con l’auto per le varie operazioni e dal mattino alle 18 basta fare un permesso temporaneo presso info point di Borgo Mercatale per 2 euro. La macchina può essere lasciata appunto presso il parcheggio di Borgo Mercatale e si può entrare e uscire quando si vuole. Poi si raggiunge in pochi minuti l’alloggip risalendo verso il palazzo ducale (versante “Torricini”). Sulla residenza non mi dilungo perché rispecchia in pieno quanto promesso. Sull’host Maria dico solo che è disponibilissima, discreta e pronta a prestare il suo aiuto se necessario. Consiglio vivamente la struttura!

Alcuni sottolineano il fatto che c’è un angolo cottura, ma che io trovo perfettamente funzionale, in quanto ci sono frigo, microonde, piastra ad induzione singola e lavabo. Per me sufficiente.

Completamente al buio portone d’ingresso, androne e rampe di scale al rientro dal ristorante Caldaia non funzionante quindi zero acqua calda, ci è sembra assai curiosa la richiesta di intervenire in autonomia per sistemare il problema

Perfect location right in the centre of Urbino. Beautiful old palazzo, 2 huge bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, comfortable beds, a tiny kitchenette enough to make coffee or heat up some water bit not really to cook meals. 2 huge beautiful living rooms, nice ro spend the evening relaxing and chatting. Nice big windows, but very quiet! Rooms were heated perfectly, not too cold or hot. Maria, the owner, lives upstairs in the same building and is very welcoming and friendly.

Parking is a bit complicated as no cars are allowed into the centre; you can drive up to the flat to unpack and do the check-in but then have to park in a garage just outside the walls, a 15-minute walk uphill. Maria suggested we ask for a 3-day parking pass to save money, for 3 days we spent €24 and we could use the car whenever we wanted for daily excursions.

A huge WOW upon arrival! The place is a historic palazzo, you stay in a real museum. Treasurea everywhere. Absolutely in the heart of the town, few steps from everything. Bonus a nice garden. Cant wait to come back!

Tout : c’est notre second séjour en 3 ans ! L’emplacement est extraordinaire : face au Palais Ducal. Calme. Spacieux et surtout ce que nous apprécions : un lieu habité par l’Hitoire et la culture d’Urbino. Une atmosphère unique qui fait que l’expérience de la ville idéale est magnifiée par l’écrin que constitue cet appartement dans le plus beau Palazzo d’Urbino. Le jardin privé et la vue sur jardin sont exceptionnels.
