How it was in such a great location!

Giuseppe and Ariangela are the most wonderful and welcoming hosts ever. They met us outside the apartment with the keys and gave us a brief explanation about how everything worked, they also welcomed us with an assortment of local sweets and a bottle of prosecco. They also left local sweets and pastries in the room every day after they cleaned, it made us feel at home. Additionally, the mini fridge was stocked with water, soda, and juice that were replenished every day after they cleaned the room. The location was probably the best part of the stay, just two minutes from the beach. Everything in Monopoli is walkable but being that close to the beach was perfect. The bed was comfortable and a good size. We loved staying here and did not want to leave! Thank you Giuseppe and Ariangela for making our time in Monopoli so special! We can't wait to come back.

Great for 2 people; the property was in the best possible location; daily cleaning was great; little gifts were nice; host was so friendly; unique Property; all we needed was there; air conditioning was great and much needed in the heatwave.

Our stay here was incredible. The place is so unique and just absolutely beautiful. Giuseppe was a wonderful host. He came everyday to clean and when we asked for an iron, he went and bought one especially for us. His service was above and beyond, and he also gave us a beautiful gift at the end of our stay. We would definitely stay and again, and recommend this place to our friends and family.

This is beautiful accommodation in a perfect location in the centro storico close to the beach and restaurants. The bed is very comfortable, the property is spotlessly clean and has everything you need. Our hosts Guiseppe and Ariangela met us with open arms and kind hospitality. The welcome drinks and snacks were also appreciated. Would definitely recommend!!

This was one of the best managed properties I stayed at. Giuseppe and family provided an excellent service. Each day the property was "refreshed". The location was also excellent. I'd strongly recommend it.
