Staff is amazing and in general Italians are amazing !!! Our host Pepe told us everything and give us a lot of advices. Rooms were super comfortable and cosy !!! From house to the beach is 5-7 minutes by walk . From ercolano its easy to go to Naples, Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi and of course to Vesuvio ! Super critics from me and wish the best to the property !!! 🇮🇹❤️🇮🇹❤️🇮🇹❤️ Forza Napoli! Forza Kvara !🇬🇪

Really friendly host who went out of his way to arrange parking and show us through the apartment. The Neapolitans in the neighboured were far more friendly than any other city I've visited in Italy. The apartment was well stocked and clean.

The upstairs room was a little hot.

Pepe is a wonderful host, he took us around Ercolano and gave us tips about good places to eat and drink. His family owns a beach bar that is close to the property with a beautiful beach and great parties in the night. The apartment is nice, clean and spacious, and we had a free coffee, which was nice. There are nice shops and restaurants around the apartment, and the train station is 15 minutes away by walk.

A comfortable studio apartment, bedroom and bathroom upstairs and a kitchen/living room downstairs. Well equipped with all we needed including an espresso machine and coffee supplies. Helpful host Pepe who showed us around - we got to know about some great restaurants and places to visit that we probably would not have found ourselves. And very kindly gave us a lift to the station with our luggage when leaving. Convenient for the small local beach, the Roman town, the town centre, and some of the spectacular local villas which can be visited.

It was slightly difficult to find the property when we arrived ( in the dark ) - the entrance and sign are inside a small courtyard and are hard to see when walking down the street. Found it with some navigation help from google maps !

Giuseppe was so passionate about his home town. He took us around in his car to show us where everything was. Then onto his families beach which was stunning. Here we had a delicious lunch after our long journey from Calabria. Nicola was always very quick in replying to our messages and even offered to extend our checkout to enable us to shower after our long climb up Versivius before our flight home. The house was perfect, traditional Italian. It was comfortable and well equipped The location was perfect. 5 minutes walk to Herculaneum and 20 minute drive up to Versivius. Also, Valle del’Orso is a great waterpark for children which is only 15 minutes away, where you can spend the whole day.

We would only recommend a fan for upstairs as it is really very hot in August so we struggled to sleep. This is by no means a compliant just a recommendation. Saying that, this was the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in on holiday.
