Wonderful location just outside Melzi Gardens, walking distance from Bellagio. Quiet building and neighborhood, easily accessible with the bus. Friendly and helpful owners.

It’s not the property’s fault, but generally it was very humid and inside the room was very cold. Good for 1-2N stay

Location is great and affordable cost for the area.

The place was very unclean - hair and lots of dust on the floor and hair in the bed and on the towels. It wasn’t very pleasant at all

"Good place to stay in Bellagio on a budget"

A bit of the walk from Bellagio but if Villa Melzi would be open (since end of March), then it would be quicker. Clean and nice apartment but some CO2 alarms would be good to have for the peace of mind as the boiler was heating the place the whole time

No window view of the lake but you you walk further down it’s just there

"Overall we enjoyed the location of Tablinum except for the shortcommings."

The location was excellent.

No view from the Unit. Only windows in the bathroom. Bedroom and kitchen in one room next to one another with very little space for one, let alone two people to move in,
