Cute and cosy apartment. Super clean, great location, calm and quiet neighbourhood. Thank you. Very much recommended.

The space between bed and wall towards the bathroom was about 18 cm, minus the width of the television. That was really awkward. There were no capsules to go with the Nespresso machine, neither tea filters. there was ground coffee for the mokka but the mokka did nor work with the induction stove. No sponge for washing up, no kitchen towel.

This property was exactly as described and perfect for a couple of days stop over in Bergamo.

Good location close to the upper old city and near bus station, supermarket and coffee places Comfortable bed and secured acces to apartment.

Late check in (after 5 pm) although we have arrived on Dec 31 the host confirmed very late in the previous evening that we can arrive before standard check in hours. No drinkable water in the apartment and all stores closed for new year. Heating thermostat not functioning and we were suppose to press the bottom of the display every 1:30h to restart heating - unpleasant to do that especially during night.

Self catering. Locatation was great, easy walking distance of Citta Alta and Citta Bassa. Good security on the property. Really clean. I had mentioned that I was arriving very late, they had the bed already made up (pull down couch but very comfortable) which was a really nice touch.

Nothing. Everything was provided that I needed.

Perfect location, very clean and fully equipped apartment, host easy to contact.
