Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Appartamento pulito con lavatrice e con tutte le comodità. 5min dalla stazione, dove si arriva in meno di un ora a Roma centro. Anche il lungomare è a pochi passi. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con i termosifoni. I proprietari hanno immediatamente risolto il problema. Persone gentilissime e disponibili.

Fajny, czysty, zadbany apartament. Wyposażenie zgodnie z opisem. Dobra odległość od sklepów restauracji. Na plażę w granicach 10 minut spacerkiem.

Może komuś przeszkadzać bliskość stacji kolejowej jeśli nie bedzie używał klimatyzacji w nocy i spał przy otwartych oknach. Szum przejeżdżających pociągów.

Clean and nice, very good location

The apartment was very clean and ideally located 5 mins from the train station. Perfect base for visiting Rome each day which is only a 50 mins journey. Great A/C and very well equipped with all the essentials including a washing machine. Beds were large and comfortable. Nice balcony area. Good security. We would definitely come back next time we plan a Rome trip. Host (Carlo) was a great help too. Nice restaurants just a 10 min walk into the main piazza areas . Check in was easy.

The Wi-Fi was not very good and kept dropping out all the time. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no lift, so access could be a bit of a problem if you have mobility issues, or are an older person. It was fine for us though.

The apartment is clean and comfortable. The location is only a short walk away from both the grocery stores and restaurants in Ladispoli as well as the railway station. The gas powered boiler had an electrical issue in the beginning of our stay so we didn’t get hot water, but the host personally came in to fix the issue with short notice and he even brought us a cake the next day to make up for the minor inconvenience.
