80m2 apartment with air conditioning. Brend new, very clean. Two terraces. One very big..All appliances available. Swimming pool open til late at night.

I liked the apartment with its own garden. Modern style and most things work AC is good and modern. Bouncy castle and playground exceptional

Thresholds to the garden, my 3 year old trip several times. Once where he knocked himself unconscious on the tiles floor. Fake grass is not flat and has been laid by a 4 year old. Needs some repairs as things are beginning to break. Hotel electric charging is fixed cabled and type 2 only. Hotel pool was closed (one of the only reasons why we booked this) and the young reception man was cocky and unhelpful. His excuse that it was not season... Having lived in Rome for 4 years end of may is definitely pool season.
