Hospitality was excellent

We must say: Everything is great. Spacious, well equipped. We loved the toys for our kid. Breakfast is simple and tasty. The icing on the cake is Mr Giuliano, so kind and helpful.

The room was very nice. The owner was very accommodating, including a nice continental breakfast.

Parking is not on the premises. The parking is on the street and wherever you can find a spot. The air conditioner was on a timer and remotely controlled by the owner.

Nice apartment in a convenient location. Friendly host.

The property was very clean and the host kindly left some breakfast and a few necessities in the fridge. The host also provided us with a couple of pedestal fans

The rooms did not have air conditioning, the air conditioning in the hall and washing machine did not work

It was spotlessly clean with great facilities. Obviously the owners had taken a huge effort to make sure the stay was as comfortable as possible. Good breakfast and lots of nice extra touches.

all is ok. near hause is shop, we havn't hot problem with find parking place in street, breakfast was a pleasant surprise

We liked Everything!!! But what we liked the most was Giuliano (the host), who was incredibly friendly and funny...and very willing to help: we wanted to have some typical Italian food, so he not just recommend some places but also called them to see working time, menus and etc... Breakfast was also great. We could feel the care Giuliano took to prepare it (It is a basket with many kinds of products from salty to sweet). All the facilities were clean, with good quality and working perfectly. There wae also some kitchen stuff like salt, sugar, coffe machine, etc...as well as laundry and bathroom stuff... I absolutely recommend!!! Thanks dear Giuliano!!!
