Great location spacious apartment

Beautiful and spatious appartment with all the equipment you need for your stay. The contact-person welcomed us at the flat and gave valuable information about the flat, and the surroundings.

The flat is situated in a ”quiet” building, which we had not noticed at booking. Even though our family is calm, and usually do not make noice, one of the neighbours become very angry when we arrived late in the evening (10 pm) after a long daytrip.

Large apartment with updated kitchen and baths is very comfortable for a large group. Nice linens and comfortable beds and pillows. The location is within 5-15 minute walk of everything.in Salerno. The host is very conscientious and responds immediately to all questions and needs. We enjoyed our stay.

Poor water pressure

It was very clean, staff was very helpful. Walking distance from everywhere. Away from busy areas. Quiet at night and early morning. Salerno is built on a hill the apartment is above the old town, restaurants , and train station. No issue for us but worth mentioning.

Nothing to mention

The apartment was more spacious than expected. It was tastefully decorated and had all the amenities we were looking for. The location provided excellent access to the town, coffee shops, restaurants and sightseeing. It has long balconies looking onto a lovely garden. It was quiet and peaceful and very relaxing. It was easy to access the apartment and the hosts were quick to respond over text. Personally, if we had seen the host once, either for a welcome or personally addressing the issue with the wifi that would have taken the review to the next level.

I would warn anyone staying with a car that parking is very difficult and an extra cost to be budgeted for. The hosts provided details of garages close by that we were able to use. They cost 20 euros a day. It is frustrating as there is parking for the building but guests are not permitted to use it. It is not easy to unload and locate parking without access to the car park in front of the building. Also, there was no wifi for the duration of our stay. Apparently, the line in the building went down and was going to be fixed the next day but wasn't. This was an added frustration. I can only hope that this is a rare occurrence.
