Alessandro est un hôte accueillant et prévenant. Le logement est petit, mais très bien aménagé, avec goût, confortable et fonctionnel. La localisation est idéale pour visiter tous les centres d’intérêt de Syracuse à pied.

Nice owner, good communication, clean, airco. Warmwater failed but was very quickly repaired, quite place, parking (italian way, just park anywhere) available. Close to centre (Ortiga).

No view (which isnt a problem if you use the place to just sleep and shouwer). Very steep stair to the sleeping earea not for elderly.

So many details are taking care of to make you as comfortable as possible.

Alessandro was really helpful and he gave us a lot of tips on where to go and what to do, i really recommend this place! Finding a place for parking the car was really easy and ortigia is 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

A lovely, well equipped apartment. Although it is small, it is very well laid out and we never felt cramped. The owner could not have been more helpful and quickly sorted the problem when we told him there was an issue with the shower. The apartment is well located for the town’s attractions.

Nothing about the property but amenities like shops, train station and laundry are a fair walk away.

it is beautiful however a little claustrophobic after a while. yes there are patio doors but open onto courtyard that we still could not see the outside world. perfect for a few nights . stairs are very steep (as per picture)

A very beautiful and cozy apartment just outside Ortigia. Before we arrived the host texted us to agree on a time for the check in and he was very helpul and accommodating. When we arrived we found everything we needed for our stay, from dishes to breakfast items, even a bottle of wine, towels and soaps, body cream. We didn't need nor used all of it, but attention to details was superb! In the small kitchenette there is a blackboard where the host left reccomendations on bars and restaurants around the city. The apartment is nicely decorated, which makes you feel like staying at a friend's house more than in a B&B. When we met him the day after the host was very nice with us and gave us directions and info on the best beaches to go to. We left Siracusa in the afternoon and it was possible to leave our luggages at home, which again was super helpful. Many thanks for a lovely time and the great service we received! We will definitely recommend Titanic to all our friends! Benni & Teresa
