Nice place, nice house but...

It is nice house and nice place but inside the kitchen is scary vitrine with old horor looking doctor stuff like from some scaey horor - place not good for sensitive people and kids.

Airy. Lots of light and windows. Clean. Nice sized rooms.

The switch to the point of service hot water heater was impossible to find. This is not a property issue but do rent a car if you travel to the town. (You need an International Drivers PERMIT to rent a car. I believe the only place you can get one is AAA. If you don't have access to a nearby office, be prepared for a time lag in terms of receiving it by mail.) Bus service is available but tricky. We took three buses to get there from Rome. But if you can get someone to pick you up and return you to Teramo, it's a lot easier. The one issue was that the owners were a bit out of date in terms of knowing the bus service.
