"It is functional but not ideal"

Good location, comfortable bed and spacious.

The headboard of the bed looks disgusting. There is no parking except a public pay parking lot about 500 m away. The apartment is on the top floor of a building without an elevator. There is only one set of keys which made it difficult to go out separately. There is a washing machine but no dryer so we ended up with wet clothes. We assumed it was a washer/dryer combo.

"Very good"

Great little apartment right in the historic centre of Riva. Top floor so windows look out onto the rooftops and the mountains beyond. Loads of storage in the bedroom, and the kitchen - though tiny - has all you need - kettle, toaster, coffee machine etc. Good powerful shower too.

Its top floor position means there are lots of stairs to climb (45 steps in total) and no lift. It was a struggle with my heavy suitcase!

"Superb"

Fully furnished, clean, spacious attic apartment with bedroom, children's room, bathroom, hall and combined kitchen/dining/living room. Very close to the center, basically around the corner. Parking is either in a paid parking lot three minutes' walk away or free about a 15-minute leisurely walk away. The host was willing to advise and accommodate us at any time. About 200 meters from my bakery, you can stop here for some goodies :)

Good Morning Everyone, the appartment is a very comfortable place to stay in Riva. The location is at the edge of the old town, so you can reach everything within 5min. The appartment is located at the top floor, so it can be warm during summer. But if you cool down everything during night and also use the air condition, then it's fine. The owner is very kind and helpful for any topic.

- very friendly owner - great location - nice view from the windows - beds very comfortable - spacious

- the pots and pans need to be replaced, they are damaged. We only used 1 pot that wasn’t.
