La posizione rispetto alla spiaggia, buono, il parcheggio facile da trovare,la dotazione di stoviglie discreta, buono il terrazzo

I servizi igienici doccia wc copri water risalenti anni 60 come pure i rubinetti della cucina.....da cambiare sicuramente..... Sarebbe stato meglio altro al posto delle piastre elettriche in cucina che riscaldavano eccessivamente il già angusto appartamento,.
