Pomocny personel i dobra lokalizacja, jak za tę cenę to nieźle

Mimo że mieszkanie całkiem przyzwoite to trochę słabych stron: okolica w remoncie, panuje rozgardiasz, lazienki wymagają trochę reniwacji szczególnie prysznice z pieśnią na fugach i popsuty przełącznik prysznica, ciasno w kuchni przy 6 osobach i kiepskie wejście do mieszkania

L'appartamento si trova in pieno centro, vicinissimo al mercato ballarò e 10 min a piedi da tutti i monumenti più importanti. Abbiamo trovato tutto molto in ordine e pulito.

Non lasciatevi ingannare dall'ingresso dello stabile, una volta dentro è tutto molto carino e curato.

Lage und Größe der Wohnung super. Von Kaffee über Wasser und Wein, bis Duschgel alles vorhanden. Zwei Bäder waren sehr praktisch. Alles war sauber!

Grand appartement rénové récemment

Attention la première photo de l’annonce n’a rien à voir avec l’immeuble!! Cet immeuble est une ruine au milieu d’un coupe gorge où errent les drogués. Il est mentionné parking intérieur ce qui est totalement faux d’ailleurs le secteur n’est pas accessible en voiture sans passe-droit, sans quoi les caméras vous mettront une belle amende. Donc si vous avez une voiture, il va falloir aller au parking à 10 minutes à pied à 15 € par jour. Les équipements sont sommaire, les lits sont peu confortables un vrai Airbnb.
