Siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza dal proprietario, che ci ha fatti sentire subito a nostro agio e ci ha dato tanti consigli utili. L’appartamento era molto pulito, con letti davvero comodi e dotato di tutto il necessario. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole!

We had a great stay at Vincenzo’s apartment in Palermo. The location is perfect - very close to the sea and the city center, everything is within walking distance. There are many great restaurants, cafes, and a pizzeria nearby, yet the apartment itself is quiet and peaceful, so nothing disturbs your rest. The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, air conditioning, and a TV. Each bedroom also has access to a balcony where you can sit and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, and the bathroom is clean and cozy. The apartment was clean, well organized, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a short stay. Vincenzo was very friendly and responsive, gave clear instructions, and made the whole process smooth and easy. You can really see why this place has such a high rating. We would definitely stay here again.

The host was exceptional, he really cared that we got the most out of our visit to Palermo, he even checked in on us daily which was exceptional service. The apartment exceeded our expectations with lots of thoughtful touches

There was a karaoke night on the street under our window for 2 nights. The windows are well insulated, but it was still audible. One night the people living above us were very noisy. They were a bit disturbing, but it's not the host's fault.

Apartment was spotless with good sized rooms. Location was perfect for sightseeing (easy walking distance of palace, cathedral & marina), a 2 minute walk from nice coffee shop and a 5 minute walk from an array of bars and restaurants. Handy location for the airport bus with a stop 5 mins from apartment in via Roma

We were lucky with weather and so nothing could have been better
