Oberdan Apartment

The location was great. The host is always available to get some support.

The apartment is on the ground floor and that is why there is moisture problem. We visited in spring season but i can imagine that the apartment will be difficult to warm up in colder weather conditions. The towels, and bed sheets were from ikea which need to be renewed due to some permanent marks on them.

Location and cleanliness

It was quite cold in the evenings and difficult to warm

Right in the middle of town with small cafees and restaurants just outside the door.

The apartment is a great location with a lot of restaurants and bars close by. The hosts are super helpful from the moment you book, there instructions are easy to follow and they give you a lot of helpful local information. Great base for exploring the city and surrounding yourself in local culture and cuisine

The apartment is located with a block of apartments and can be noisy in the morning with everyone leaving to go out for the day/work. The only windows in the apartment look out onto a small courtyard and are quite small. This doesn’t the help with air circulation in the apartment although the air conditioning is very good.

This apartment was the perfect space with a great amount of space as well as excellent facilities. Communication with the host was seamless and we were given all of the information we needed. This apartment is located in a good spot of town near plenty of stores and restaurants though off into a courtyard that offers the quiet you need at night.

Strange smell inside of damp or sth.

The property was centrally located and looked just like the pictures. A perfect spot for exploring Bologna. Gabrielle was a great host and her instructions/ communications prior to arrival were perfect!

The property smelt quite badly of damp :(
