What a fantastic find, right in the centre of Siena. So comfortable. Fully equipped - oven , toaster , kettle, coffee maker, ice bucket , plenty of glasses. Even a pair of binoculars to look at the fabulous view from the veranda over the sky line of Siena. Excellent communication with the owners.

Just be advised it’s on the top floor with several flights of stairs. Great exercise for us but it would be a problem if you had poor mobility or a lot of luggage.

This is like a five star hotel but just for us four. It has such a wow factor, although it is very old .1400.? It is very modern with everything one requires on a holiday. I am so glad I chose this, the views from the back porch stunning, oh Siena we ❤️ you.

90 steps for an 82 year old almost too much, but I’m still breathing especially with our 20kg cases, a great work out. Not recommended for elderly but once you’ve climbed it’s all +

The view, the furnishings in the apartment, comfortable beds.

Dishwasher was in need of repair and unusable during our stay. WiFi service was not available throughout the entire apartment, only in most rooms.

This space was incredible. The rooms were lovely and welcoming. The terrace was the best we've ever seen in Italy! We loved the kitchen and the front room. They were spacious and comfortable. Paolo was so kind and accommodating, we really appreciated the staff and the attention to detail.

We found the one room with the rock wall very dark, even by day, but then again it is January. We took the shades of the two big lamps, as the shades were black, and it was perfect. So perhaps consider a lighter shade, but otherwise it's perfection.
