The air conditioning system does not work. The rooms are very hot. I'm wrote about this to the administration. The repairman, who came to check the problem, could not repair it, he sad - repair is not possible, the system is broken. The administration does not solve the problems with which the clients apply. They know that there are problems and continue to rent apartments in which air conditioners do not work. Just refunded 65 euros in compensation for a week's stay in this "hot oven". The coffee maker in the kitchen cannot be used, it is drip type (electric), there is no reusable filter (foto 1) and disposable paper filters cannot be bought in supermarkets, they are not sold. So actually it is not possible to make coffee either. There is no lighting in the toilet, for a week, after contacting the administration and asking to solve the problem, no one did anything. The business owner and the administration simply do not care about customers. P.S. Unfortunately, the sea (beach near the hotel, the period is the end of June), was also very dirty (foto 2-3).

It has a good kitchen and a pretty garden with a barbecue grill.

The AC was disguisting. It was never cleaned i guess.

Little amount of People, swimming pool almost all the time empty. Private atmosphere, quiet and clean. If you want to rest in a slow way this is the area.

Appartment was empty of all things. There was no sope, no tabs for dishwasher, no cloth, no cleaning suppiers, everything we had to buy in supermarket. And it would be fine if we got that kind of message at the reservation and if not the fact that we need to clean all the appartment after our stay - the requirement is to leave the place spotless... clean the fridge, floors, kitchen etc. If I knew it before I would brought something from home...
