A due passi dal mare

Semplicemente una casa accogliente e dotata di tutti i confort. Cucina funzionale. Letti comodissimi. Zona soggiorno molto rilassante. Il giardino bellissimo

Amazing owners who could not be more accommodating! Wonderful garden to relax in. Very spacious apartment. Comfortable beds. Close -10minute walk to the train station to Rome for sightseeing. Some beach bars are nearby on foot. Easy street parking for free in front of complex.

A little and I mean only a little noise from the trains passing (rapidly) when sitting in the garden.

This is a gorgeous ground level flat in Santa Marinella and the pictures do not do it justice. First off, the space is large and feels like a spacious place you could make yourself home in. The layout provides lots of common space in the living and dining areas. The kitchen is small but includes a washing machine- a great perk. There’s a beautiful private garden with every fruit, veg, and herb you need just outside the kitchen and living room doors I referred to the place as the “lemon house” due to a large lemon tree in the garden and yellow decor throughout the house. The beaches are a 5 minute walk away and parking near the apartment is ample.

You do hear the train from time to time but that’s because you’re so close to the beach. It’s to be expected.

Una bella casa indipendente con ampio e ben strutturato giardino, spazi ampi e comodi, tutto ciò che serve per goderne. La posizione a pochi minuti dal lungomare e dalla spiaggia principale di Santa Marinella, nonché dalla stazione ferroviaria.

Quasi nulla, potrei dire il passaggio dei treni ma non danno fastidio durante la notte.

Struttura gigantesca. Veramente bella, arredata bene, attrezzata, calda e accogliente. Ristrutturata.

Il treno e i binari almeno personalmente mi hanno svegliato un paio di volte. La posizione non è il massimo.
