The place was near the venue where I was expected to go. It was a calm place on the 4th floor. The place is spacious enough for 2 people. The owner is available online at all times. Even though I do not speak Italian, I did not face any communication issues. I found the keys easily.

The first thing to keep in mind is that the place is located on the 4th floor and does not have elevators. If you are young and able to manage going up the stairs, it is good for you. However, upon entering the first door and proceeding to the second, the place appears to be a little old and not properly maintained. The building itself is old. The TV provided is basic and not Android supported. If you expect basic amenities such as sugar, salt, oil, shampoo, etc. to be available, it is better to look for another place as these items are not provided. There are no hangers or iron available. Additionally, there is no air conditioning, so during the summer months, you may experience some inconvenience when coming upstairs to the 4th floor and finding only a small table fan. However, the room does tend to cool down at night even during summers. These are the observations I made, and I am sharing them so that the owner can make improvements and guests can have a better understanding. Thank you.

It was on the 4th floor without a lift(88 stairs) The shower has no stand and the owner does not care about it The tub was dangerous It's not clean Pots were not useable It's not what you see in photos

The host was kind and helpful. The apartment has a good location. About 10-15 minutes of walk to the bus.

The glass in the door for the bathroom is almost transparent.
