Casa vacanze LE PALME NETINE

We took a train to Noto, and the property is within walking distance from the train station. It is also close to restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The place is spacious, comfortable and clean. There is a washing machine on site, which is a plus. The host greeted us when we arrived, he was very helpful and gave us good recommendations for restaurants and spots to see. He was also very kind to let us store our bags and drove us to the train station after we picked up our bags.

It all started with our host Gaetano who was very courteous and attentive. Prior to our arrival, he was in regular contact with us and he was waiting for us outside the apartment as we arrived to ensure we had a parking spot directly in front of the apartment. He took his time explaining everything about the apartment, made suggestions about sites we should visit, and made a few recommendations for restaurants in the Centro Historico area.

We loved everything about this apartment . The location was ideal ( max 10 minute walk to the main plaza in Centro Historico )

Perfect location if you come by train. The apartment is half way between the main attractions and the train, everything is close and walking distance. The apartment is very complete and had everything we needed for our stay. Gaetano doesn’t speak english but was able to explain everything with the help of a translation tool. We had a really good time in Noto and the apartment was part of the experience.

The property was as described, and the host worked hard to be helpful.

Upon arrival, we were asked to pay in cash due to being out of season, with no prior warning. This is something I've never experienced.

Apartament drăguț, renovat recent, situat foarte aproape de mers pe jos față de centrul orașului. Gazdă amabilă și prietenoasă.

Apărătorul de aer condiționat era vechi și nu făcea față frigului din luna decembrie, plus ca funcționa alternativ în dormitor și bucătărie. Baia avea o formă ciudată și incomodă, la wc nu era spatiu suficient. Doar un tv mic în bucătărie, cu canale italiene, în dormitor nu exista tv. Nu există living propriu-zis, doar o canapea în bucătărie. Cam zgomotos noaptea, fiind situat la parter.

Appartamento ben arredato e pulitissimo. Il sistema di riscaldamento era efficiente anche nel bagno, aspetto questo non frequente nel nostro viaggio in Sicilia. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo nel preparaci il divano letto e premuroso nell'accoglierci. Abbiamo parcheggiato davanti alla struttura e la zona ci è parsa sicura. Il centro storico si raggiunge in una decina di minuti a piedi, andarci in auto è alquanto complicato e trovare posto per lasciare l'auto è praticamente impossibile.

Avere a disposizione dell'olio in cucina sarebbe utile.

Ottima struttura, molto pulita e con i comfort necessari. Gentilissimo l'host.

Forse ripristinerei la macchina del caffè.
