The apartment is nice, decorated well.

Directions to enter the apartment could have been better. The Television did not work. Luggage was a challenge, only stairs no elevator.

Everything. Great location, clean and tidy, with beautiful decoration, and equipped kitchen. Safe private car parking. Easy instructions to get in.

Luv it pharmacy coffee and tobacco store same building i like it what i didn't like is the center is 10 min walk for singles not a problem for me i have kids but overall love the place

10 min walk to old town. Well renovated flat.

The only negative is the very narrow entrance to the parking

This was by far our favorite stay in Italy. Wonderful location in Como, lovely decor and apartment setup, clean, friendly hosts, and decent kitchen to cook in. The bed was comfortable, WIFI was great, loved the rain shower, and the bed was comfy. 10/10!

If anything, sometimes you could hear the traffic down below but that’s a part of being close to things. No complaints!

Nothing. The address of building name is not displayed and number is not given. The location quite distance from town center and located on edge of roundabout very noisy during morning.

The person handed over the keys, explained how to open the doors and she left without any further guidance about the area. Providing one set key for more than one occupant is not safe and the property has nobody as watch person or reception. The building is old, without elevator and strangely the flat entrance is from backside balcony access. Looks one flat was split. There is no cleaning or replacement towels, etc. The most dangerous risk is the road side balcony structure is cracked and been supported with angled joints, it’s side tilted and rain water sets inside.
