The view

We stayed around Xmas-break for our winter holiday. The apartment was very stylish, spacious and had all the comfort we could wish for (including nice underfloor heating during the cold days). The host was friendly and helpful for any questions, we received some tips on local activities and were surprised with home-baked sweets on X-mas. Beds were very comfortable, the (sunset) view on the valley was amazing and location was very quiet for a refueling stay. We enjoyed wintersport on the Seiseralm which was only a 10 minute drive to the cable car (or 25 minute drive to the alm itself) but public transport is available as well. The supermarket is on walking distance in the local village to find ingredients for preparing meals in the well equipped kitchen. Enough parking space is available at the apartment and I believe already foreseen for charging electric cars (which we didn't require yet).

Very spacy, clean and cozy appartment with all you need. Eva is an amazing host who really cares about guests making them feeling welcome.

here there are some things that made our stay not very pleasant; we booked the apartment through booking(that gives you the option of 2 ppl;we were 3);as soon as we arrived and the owners saw that we were 3 and it was like their whole world collapsed: we were asked to pay an extra 35 euro per night for the third person... we didn t say anything because we could t have let the third person sleep in the car but it would have been common sense(from our perspective) to have that person pay only the city fee considering we booked the whole apartment. we were instructed from the beginning to be VERY careful about the ap as it was new(renovated 2 years ago), we were taught how to use the dishwasher(no benefit of the doubt given that we would have known how to use it...) First day(Monday) they entered the apartment and changed the heating(from 5 that was set by us to 2,max was 6),we weren't in the ap that day. second day they were surprised that someone was in the ap(our car was not there, so they assumed that it was empty probably) because they came again to change the heating around noon; this time apparently they got an alert from the heating system that something was wrong... in the evening I asked about the heating and they came again and basically pun on On the fuse(from fuse box) related to the heating; they announced us that the next day a technician will come to check the heating... a guy came and looked at the fuse box, the owners gave us a panetone as an apology.... Thursday they did not enter the ap, Friday they were lurking outside to ask the hour that we will leave the next morning. what we did not like was the complete lack of privacy, that someone was entering the apartment with our stuff inside without us knowing that;also the fact that the owners are continuously lurking around is not pleasant also. 3ppl, 5days, 6 nights ...we were left with one and a half toilet paper roll(1.
