Addimora Boutique Suites

This is an honest objective review of my one day stay at Addimora and I was in transit for a conference. I was excited when I booked it thinking it would be nice to experience the local flavour of the city but was disappointed. The good stuff: Location is great and it's walking distance to the shopping district and other places of interest. The room was ok. Andrea was the host. The no so good so good stuff: The entrance to the apartment building is under repair so it was hard to get my luggage in. Andrea speaks very limited English so it's hard to communicate unless you have a translator app. This is NOT a place for a traveller used to amenities of a Hotel like the Garibaldi which is close to the Addimora. It is for backpacker travelling. No clear instructions were given to access the apartment so I waited 10 minutes on the street with all my luggage since nobody answered the phone number. DO NOT book this place is you are a family, have mobility issues , have 23kgs of luggage and cannot climb steep steps. All the rooms are in the converted attic with a set of steeps steps to climb. I almost fell with my heavy suitcase as there is no help. I was leaving early and the breakfast provided was poorly packaged and meh so I left it in the room. I paid 125 euros which was not cheap for a place like this and I would not recommend this place at all at all if you are not a backpackerbit more of a seasoned traveller used to a hotel. Lastly the room is like Icarus! There are no shades or blinds so the sun streams in till 9pm! The windows are on the ceiling of the attic and there is no way to block the sun out. The floor was very dirty when I walked around barefooted. The host need to be honest and put up the points I mentioned on the listing especially if someone has mobility issues or luggage. I would not stay here ever again.

Fue el último lugar donde me quedé después de una semana recorriendo la isla y fue un regalo. Es espectacular, la decoración está cuidada al detalle, y mi habitación era preciosa, me dio mucha pena no haberme podido quedar más días y disfrutarlo bien. Lo recomiendo 100x100!

Bella location, buoni servizi offerti e ottima posizione centrale. Dimensioni generose della stanza anche se probabilmente non sfruttate in maniera ottimale.

I rumori del traffico erano persistenti per tutta la notte, nonostante le stanze si trovino all'ultimo piano dell'edificio. Entrava luce dalla finestra all'alba nonostante tendina e tapparella. In sostanza, non un buon riposo. Cuscini un po' troppo sottili e scomodi

Уютно, сделано с душой, просторно, отличный завтрак , можно выбрать из меню, делают даже омлет, что для туриста, которому надо много ходить, очень хорошо. Др остановки автобуса в аэропорт минут 5 пешком, до центра тоже.

Узкая лестница на этаж, где расположены номера. С чемоданом сложно подниматься, и еще сложнее спускаться, потому что после пребывания на Сицилии чемодан становится в разы тяжелее. А мужчин, которых можно попросить, я не увидела
