First floor flat. Fantastic views from a large terrace. Cool house with efficient aiir conditioning as well. Well equipped. Walking distance to local beach. Short drive to bustling seaside town with good selection of shops. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Also a good location for touring to Palermo, Trapani, Marsala etc.

Lack of instructions on some aspects of managing the house. No information or recommendations on local attractions. Next to a car park with overnight camper vans so could perhaps get noisy in peak periods. But minor points for a very comfortable holiday home.
